I spoke with Tom Biggs yesterday and he said that the final draft on the 10K should be ready this week. After the CEO reviews and signs, it will be submitted to the SEC. I will watch edgar and hope to find it early next week. I was given no date...just the fact that the final draft was nearly complete. I was told that it was a 10K so I would expect we should know everything there is to know about TWeeTI/WHTL after we review it.
