The conference call (1-800-475-6701 number 436594) was quite positive. The new CEO seemed very eager to get down to business. The top three priorities for the new management team: improve capital structure, integrate, return to profitability.
My personal impressions of the call:
The hype is gone. The new management seemed glad to be rid of the flashy ways of JT and JF. New acquisitions are not a priority. The informal talks with possible partners was downplayed. Internal processes will take center stage.
