I also run NT/128MB, Dick, and have occasional problems with programs that the vendors often blame on dual-processing.
You didn't say what sort of faults; for a while I got faults while ^F4ing TF+ subwindows, but don't see many faults now, just an occasional fp while displaying charts.
If your problem only recently came back, be suspicious of newly installed SW, especially MSoft stuff -- I wouldn't put IE5 on my mother-in-law's box ;)
I'm on sp_4 and usually reinstall it after adding new SW.
My BIOS and video-drivers are surely older than yours, but it might not hurt to seek updates.
