posturing itself to become the biggest debtor nation in the world

there are too many but what confused me was Ag thoughts of reducing debt
and then we have the treasury making a coupon pass.

Someone has to buy those bonds, so from time to time this spring you will see US
bonds sink, then rise, then sink, then rise, all due to
the Japanese offering debt issues and weakening their yen.

yes the yen downward bound so debt is actually higher regardless of of bonds which could decrease in value everyday due to currency and negate yeild
