No, I don't think they're worried. OTOH, it might be nice if they cashed in some of those profits. It's interesting to me that people on this thread have no problem imagining a 4000% return in 3 years, but have difficulty in believing that 50-90% of that return could disappear. Dell was $20 a year ago. I don't think it's unreasonable to think that we might see $20 again (presplit).

Dell's a great company, but it wasn't fundamentals that pushed the price to $110. The same kind of daytrading that pushed AMZN, YHOO, et al., to their undeserved heights are responsible for Dell's price. Dell of course makes money so it only sports a P/E of 150. Take the daytraders out of the Dell equation or put them on the short side and we'll see $20 in no time.
