Actually, Zeev, if polymer transistors can become viable, the will probably be cranked out on something like an ink-jet printer and may not have any lithography involved. They would be used in applications where there is about 1/1000 the performance of Si at about 1/1,000,000 the cost. See for example

This kind of stuff is so crazy and far out that Cymer will be at $500/share before any of this finds its way into a commercial application.
