That would be the IPO of a minority share of the company they didn't buy Sounds to me like spin control. Let's keep the word IPO out in front of everyone. No definites, but we're still going to pursue it... Just what e-commerce business remains? All the deals so far have fallen through (or never were in the bag in the first place). It'll be interesting to see what they do over the next few weeks now to keep this anchor afloat. BF
