News out tonight that Digital River (DRIV) is branching out into back-end payment processing systems and e-commerce solutions for all types of companies, not just software. DRIV is already the 800 lb. gorilla of ESD and it is now diversifying and leveraging its e-commerce business opportunities. How do you feel about this news? Regards.
