David I do not post a lot but I want to put in my 2 cents here.

I was on the CC today with everyone else and I took it that when John said the authorized was 820m that he was refering to the new company (PanAmerican Bancorp) not PRWT. If that is the case here the only difference is going to be a larger authorized when they switch a 1 for 1 stock switch.

Of course this is JMO and the way I heard it.See the CC was for the new company not the old prwt..There again JMO..
