Elliot and Curtis,

Please forgive my intrusion into your conversation.

I see DRIV's ESD niche as one that allows a non-technology retail company (i.e. Wal-Mart, K-Mart) to compete in this new software delivery arena. Yes, many software companies will have the technology and infrastructure already in place to develop an ESD presence (some already have). DRIV will enable any retailer, regardless of size or location, to sell and compete with those companies without having to make the monetary investment in the technology and the time investment required to accumulate the inventory.

I can see the case for the larger software developers (i.e. MSFT) to develop their own ESD presence. I do however firmly believe that the medium to small size developers will jump at the chance to have their software marketed on DRIV's continually expanding and growing network of retail client sites.
