Shalom, I haven't been here for awhile, on the net that is. This must be very disheartening, and my heart goes out to you. I know that healing happens, whether or not the person is there, whether or not the praying person knows the very ill person, and that it all simply cannot be explained. Yes, I believe it certainly has something to do with Tony's faith, and that is important. Yet I personally witnessed a dog with a cracked spine who could not get up for 3 weeks, and was due to be taken to be put to sleep early the next morning, got up and trotted over to where the owner happened to be a prayer meeting, even though they had given up on the dog pretty much, and .
As we know, Sophie the dog could neither understand Faith behind prayers, nor could she possibly understand our pleas in English that she must walk now, or else she would be killed in the morning.
I also know a friend of someone's had been given two weeks or so by Stanford Medical, and that within one month was declared by the same doctors to be free of terminal liver cancer.
Both situations were of course totally and utterly and only the result of direct intervention by God Himself, and for that we can keep praying for Tony. Please Father God, restore Tony's body, so that this healing will be totally for the Glory of Jesus Christ, that men might believe on Him.
We know that it is nothing of our words, nor really of Tony's Faith in any of our prayers, or else they might fail, but that the miracle of healing is totally in your merciful hands, Father God. We just plead mercy upon Tony. We plead the Blood of Jesus through which the healing flows, to fall upon Tony right now.
