Deep thoughts by TL - just kidding. Your right the internet is revolutionary, even if you don't have a computer and don't want a computer, there is dozens of other means for sending and retrieving mail/bills etc. Cell phones send mail, clarion and MS teamed up for a car stereo that sends and receives mail(windows anywhere), watches, palm pilots etc.

How about this, the phone company issues all subscribers keypads or phones with lcd screens and has mandatory EBPP. The subscriber has no choice, the bill can be sent right to the telephone viewed and paid right from the keypad. This could happen, they already have telephones with small screens that can do email. People will have no choice but to embrace the technology.

One more thing, what's going to happen to the post office if nobody is snailing anything, will they become the delivery persons for all the e-shopping that will take place.
