Bob, I don't mind your hard cold facts that are hard to counter,
or even those of a shareholder that feels let down by Dave Webb.

You have put your money where your mouth is, as I have:

Bob << I feel fortunate to be sitting on the outside looking in >>
Doug << my average is below current share price, and I'am holding >>

To say that Dave Webb has not delivered I counter not with detailed
facts to support his past record, but my impression that given the
poor hand dealt MGR by MAC and the price of gold, that Dave has
delivered to current shareholders an MGR that can recover
from a bad situation.

If MAC did as expected long ago, then probably all shareholders that
entered in back then would now have sold at a very good return value.

People buying MGR back then had a focus on Bumbat for the reason and
hope for good returns. MAC was also part of Bumbat, and I do not know
how much information was given out by MGR to explain the role or impact
MAC could have, but most likely it was presented in the best light possible.

The companies here are penny stock type with possible high risk and
high gain as part of the same package. Some people are not able to
accept their share of the responsibility, as if they handed over money
to an FDIC bank and expect some sort of guarantee as if its not in their
hands anymore. Every trading day gives all current shareholders an
opportunity to "vote" with either a sell/hold/buy.

At the end of each day recently the vote count is 99% hold.
