I am very good at finding grossly undervalued or overvalued stocks. I am a value investor. I take both long and short positions. I have been net long since the start of my investing career. Your claim that I "frighten" investors into bailing is absurd. In fact, I have received numerous thank-you notes from investors in frauds such as Cyberguard because they were intelligent enough to take my advice before becoming victims. You should read the Cyberguard thread and check out the comments from investors who disagreed with me. Note the strange similarity to the TAVA cheerleaders in style of ad hominem attacks directed at me coupled with unwillingness to research the problems I was pointing out with the company.

You're correct. The only problem is that TAVA's debt structure is questionable and the stock is fraudulently promoted. There are plenty of legitimate companies with lousy PR flacks.
