Dwight, <<Now clearly you can't be thrown in jail for calling someone a creep (verbal abuse). >> Not true. i almost was once. I called out a schmuck for ripping off my teenage daughter. He stole $500 from her and then, when I called the cops after confronting him, guess who was arrested? Me! for "verbally abusing" a 275 lb. 6'6" behemoth. He only outsized me by 90 lbs. and 20 years. He chickened out and didn't show up for court so they dropped the charges on me.
