The people faxing are not saving the money with this technology. They are still faxing to a telephone number. In my case, it is an Illinois number. Since my customer base is national that doesn't seem to be a problem. What it does for me is allow me to run my office with one less telephone number. The number that would have been reserved for a fax machine can now be used full time for Internet use.
