Odd Problem....

I am open to ANY suggestions regarding the following.

On Feb 18 I shorted 1k shares of LCOS at 88 1/2 premarket, the order went through and I was filled. about 20 minutes later when the market was open I shorted another 1k at 85, bringing me to a grand total of 2k LCOS short. Right? Later on I covered my short (all 2k) at 84. I did some other trading that same day and came out ahead....all was well. The REAL problem did not involve the other trades other than LCOS. JUST TODAY....I recieved an email from MBT stating that a fund request that I made a few days earlier was unavailable because I had created an intraday margin call. I to say the LEAST was furious. I quickly went back into my parm and checked my daily trades....all was well....*everything* matched up with NO margin call. I then went to the website, into account admin and checked my margin and trades there, were much to my dismay ISLD actually showed that I had shorted 2k LCOS premarket instead of the 1k LCOS that I had wanted (the order was for 1K NOT 2k). I also didn't hold anything overnight and was flat the day of this occurance. This error NEVER showed up in my position minder or elsewhere until today that I hear that I have a margin call. I quickly called MBT and talked to shawn. He didn't belive me either until i emailed him a copy of the excel spreadsheet to him so he could check for himself.
What he said was that the trade was "duped" or "doubled", even though it didn't show up anywhere I STILL have a margin call that I DID NOT CREATE!!! He said this occurance was not totally unheard of and that it was a "townsend analyicts problem/mistake".

The *really* crappy part is that this happened on the 18th, today is the 23, they NEVER told me this until TODAY when I got an email from them.....I can't even cover my margin call now because it would take me a minimum of three days to get them a check. Now I owe them 25+ thousand dollars for a margin call that I did not cause, and on top of that I never knew about till today AND have to cover tomorrow!

Shawn was very understanding on the phone *after* he realized that the call was not my fault, and he said he would do his best to resolve my call even if the nasdaq/townsend coulden't fix THEIR computer execution problem.

I would appriciate ANY and ALL ideas, for I am not sure this is totally dealt with yet-

Life's darkest moment-

F~
