what good is an oil rig if nobody wants to drill? "nobody", John? Really, you're beginning to sound like someone who has a battery-powered "car". Don't forget how FLC got started. They bought rigs that were sitting around rusting; you know, those "rigs that nobody wants". "those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it".
