<Paragraph deleted, as it involves confidential exchanges with SI members not involved in this issue>

I believe that the paragraph below is the paragraph that you deleted.

Michael Burke is no longer allowed to post to the dell thread. He informed me that SI admin made this demand due to the large number of complaints about his waste of bandwidth, along with, I presume, SI's assessment of his lack of contribution other than taunting. But he was a pussycat compared to you, sir.

Uncle Frank, for the record, Michael Burke is featured in today's feature article by the staff of SI, so it would appear that SI's administration is not that unhappy with his work.

There also seems to be a little problem with your published statements about Michael Burke ("I have had some civil exchanges with you, despite our differing investment strategies, just
as I have had with Michael Burke") and the above paragraph, where you boast to me that he is no longer allowed to post on this thread. Perhaps you can reconcile the two different contradictory statements.

As far as CPQ is concerned, I have never ever posted a single message there. So your facts are wrong and once again contradictory.

Finally, since you decided to inform the members of this thread that I destroyed the LSI thread, I will only respond with the most minimal of facts as I have responded to your charge in the appropriate manner---a private message.

I was a long-time member of the LSI thread before a certain member showed up while I was not posting there. She personally attacked a number of SI members. She also lied about certain members of LSI management. After she was posting for a month, I did post and defended those people, and my primary form of attacks on that person were simply researching and posting her contradictory posts. In her absence, the LSI thread has returned to being the "Pleasant Thread". It's boring, and had she stayed and not attacked both the CEO and Head of Investor Relations, it would have been more interesting since she really knows the semi business. You or anyone else are free to check with the regulars on that thread as to whether my statement is correct.
Unfortunately, LSI stock plummeted for a short while due to its purchase of Symbios and some short term problems with its new Gresham fab. But since its sell off which deeply frustrated you and resulted in both your selling and blaming anyone you could blame for your lack of acumen, the stock has nearly tripled over the last six months.

As far as my abusing my position as an officer of the court is concerned, I don't have a clue what you are talking about. I have no power to abuse. I'm just another member of SI. However, my right to report potentially harmful conduct must remain unfettered no matter how harmful (in reality not at all) that effort may be to the price of your stock.
