Richard, nary' a problem as you suggested, Not To Worry. MoBo arrived, removed old one, placed new one in case, hooked up everything, fired up, it did it's thing with I/O cards, asked if I wanted to enter BIOS, I did. Set it to 450Mhz, 2.0v. changed all configurations as per old one. Re-started and everything is identical. Oh, I do have a working parallel port now.
