Inter@ctive Week article - Corporate Services Move Out- This cover story talks about Applications Service Providers (ASPs) as the next big Internet wave for running corporate mission critical applications. EDS/SAP deal is prominently mentioned. If I were Richard Brown, I would use this to position EDS as the Market Leader in the Ultimate Internet Business Model. Let's see, an PE of 200 yields a stock price of $400 a share. But wait! Amazon.com just announced that they would be losing more money both in absolute terms and percentage of revenue and their price just keeps trucking up. Is this a Harvard Business Case Study par excellence or what?
