David, Westy was one of the very first "crazy" guys to warn of Y2K....FYI. I always have a spare propane tank or two for the grill.....and many, many two inch thick Porterhouse steaks in secret storage. In a panic....I have no doubt that Commission members from all over the nation would be converging on my house....seeking protection and something to eat and drink....not water and egg noodles, either. Jeeesh......it would be an excuse for a party. I'd be in charge of tee times also. Big job....this High Commission President stuff. He he he....the first date is 9-9-99....David.....who knows better.....does COBRA mean anything to you? Or is it an "inside the belt" secret......... bg ps. There are lots of shotguns out here.....I think that's why home burglary is such an unusual event in western states.
