I know what you mean. Lousy day for me, too. When it gets tough like this, I try to take my wife's approach. She asks herself if whatever it is that's bugging her will matter in 100 years. If the answer is no, relax.

As long as you've got your health and your family and friends, you've got the most important things. The rest is gravy or an annoyance.
