1) Let me let you in on a little inside info for the VCMC people. They don't call everyone in their books to tell them their off the deal, only the guys who they know baught.
2) They never told anyone to bail, just that they were off the deal.
3) They havent even badmouthed MDDM, they just told me they were fired for doing a great job, and that you werent willing to pay.
4) They never had a negative campaign. Gary and Todd wouldent allow their floor to do that, even if the people on the floor wanted too.
5) As i recall the 2 biggest days were when they were calling me telling me to buy more!!! Not a negative campaign. You fired them Monday 2-22, right after the news came out. You traded 101,000 in volume on Friday 2-19, that was your biggest day. I must have recieved 4 phone calls from VCMC that day telling me about your great news comeing out..
6) You promised 10k and even admited it on here as I have printed all of these letters. But you didnt pay. That makes you the bad guy not VCMC.
7) Remember back last year when all these PR firms were shut down in Florida??? Well this one didnt get shut down because the SEC checked them out and gave them 100%, I mean not a flaw in this company. They found out about some bad seeds amoung them and Gary got rid of them right away before the SEC even knew VCMC existed.
8) You want to know why I know so much, and dont even work there??
First Im pissed off at you for screwing my friend out of well deserved money. Second Im pissed off at them for letting you screw them again just like you did in KCAP. Third as I have been told and you will notice you havent even been contacted by them since your second fax after fireing them. As a matter of fact they called me on their new deal today. Last these 2 guys are very good friends of mine. Gary and I take martial arts from Master Todd Lorenze, we got him involved in this business. Go ahead check him out. Look at WWW.Villari.net look in the black belt list under 5th degree masters. Oh and check him out with the Gracie Family in Brazillian JiuJitsu. And maby you should call the Ultimate Fighting Alliance as well to check on him.

I cant figure Todd out, he stays calm and doesnt want to even mess with you guys...if it were me id put a hurtin on ya... but i guess thats why he is the master and not me.. maby he needs to teach me some anger control or something but damn boy your lucky.
The fact is you ripped them off again, you know it I know it, and now the investment comunity knows it.
