Quick Fix: When you see a post like: 127.0.0.1:3456/SI/~wsapi/investor/Subject-25821 substitute techstocks.com for the 127.0.0.1:3456/SI/ and add back the rest(in this case the ~wsapi/investor/Subject-25821) Reason: Many people are using Browsemaster(www.browsemaster.com) which overlays a 'more intelligent' interface over SI. The links are cached locally(127.0.0.1). Technical: Browsemaster puts a new front end over SI. Adding options and caching threads. It uses perl(a 'puter language) thru a local port(3456) hence the 127.0.0.1. For those who do not know 127.0.0.1 is ALWAYS your local machine (a 'loopback' to your machine) Just remember if you see a post with "http://127.0.0.1:3456/SI/" replace it with talk.techstocks.com or your favorite (www.exchange2000.com or www.siliconinvestor.com)
