Steve, How do you feel about Amazon and their attempt to become the Walmart of the Web (which by the way has a market cap of $188 billion)? It looks like drugstore.com is just the beginning, and there are rumors that an acquisition in the travel industry may be next. Also, when Henry Blodget gets settled at Merrill, won't he have to change the Merrill Lynch official rating on Amazon from a "SELL" to a "BUY". My broker at Merrill tells me he hasn't been able to recommend AMZN to his clients because of this SELL rating....perhaps the new rating change will cause the thousands of Merrill brokers to begin recommending AMZN...which could cause another powerful rally.
