I'll take this piece. I think the company has been pretty clear that the updated strategy is to become a global player. Initially, they stated that the goal was to become a national, facilities-based CLEC. That goal, while still bein realized, is well on its way. Then more recently, the strategy was updated and the company committed to be in six international markets by the end of 1999. So action in Europe, Asia and Latin America is what I would expect to see, not a surprise.
