If history repeats itself, the 1997 stock price shows a pattern for WIND. Then, the stock dropped for no apparent reason and rallied back dramatically and just as unexpectedly within a couple of months. The drop this year fairly matches the degree of fear and pain investors have suffered. Isn't it overdone? I'm looking for the cut to the upside. 207.95.154.130
