Scangraphics Unit, Sedona Sells SpatialVision Licenses Valued at $1.5M to Acxiom Corporation

LIMERICK, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 1999--

First Major Sale of Sedona SpatialVision Brings Value to Acxiom's

Financial Services Customers via Visual-Enhancement

Sedona(R) GeoServices, Inc., a Scangraphics(R) company (NASDAQ:
SCNG), announced that it has come to an agreement with Acxiom(R)
Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM) to include Sedona SpatialVision(TM) as a
component of their Solvitur(TM) CIMS 8.0 suite of products. Sedona
expects this agreement to yield revenues of $1.5 million.

SpatialVision will provide delivery of geo-spatially enhanced
Acxiom data and will enable customers to ask complex database
questions and visualize the results geographically. When integrated
with Acxiom's Solvitur CIMSi 8.0, a financial services industry
application suite, SpatialVision brings easy-to-use, timesaving
features to optimize the rapid return on information investment by
exploiting the inherent geo-spatial nature of data. By displaying
visually-enhanced geographic information on maps, Acxiom's clients
will use SpatialVision to manage data better, provide visual decision
support information, support planning and be able to easily distribute
and view the information across the entire enterprise.

"Acxiom's clients will have access to business solutions that are
data enabled with the most comprehensive and accurate data sources
available," said Colin Matthews, President of Sedona. "Additionally,
Axciom's Solvitur CIMS initiative fits extremely well with our vision
and direction to develop and deploy web enabled business solutions
that offer benefits to users throughout an enterprise."

Matthews added, "We are very excited by the very positive
relationship that has developed between Acxiom and Sedona. I am
confident that this initial commitment will prove to be just the
beginning of a long and mutually rewarding business relationship of
bringing differentiating, competitive advantage to Acxiom's
customers."

"Sedona and Acxiom are working together to tailor SpatialVision
to meet clients' specific needs for integrated business solutions"
said Greg Bjorndahl, division marketing leader for financial services
at Acxiom.

Larry Osterwise, President and CEO of Scangraphics, Inc. stated
that "This is this first major commitment to Sedona's SpatialVision
and the one we've been looking for. Acxiom has been, and I'm sure will
continue to be, a demanding customer that has brought out the best
from our team. Coupling their approach, with the spatial software and
services of the Oracle Corporation (NADSAQ: ORCL) and the query and
visualization capabilities of SpatialVision will provide customers
with a significant competitive advantage. I'm confident the
relationship with Acxiom and Oracle will continue to grow and that
this is just the beginning for Sedona and SpatialVision
