Here's a very long but interesting article for the Unix guy in all of us. microsoft.com It's the transcript of the meeting to announce Microsoft and Qualcom's joint venture for Wireless Knowledge and their vision for the future. I think I should do a search on Steve Balmer and read more from him as he's got this deceptively simple way of saying things. This also reminds me that Qualcom may be a very good company to look into. By the way, I read this for it's connection to General Magic who last week announced it would be a part of the Wireless Knowledge offering by empowering standard phones with their Portico.
