5 months later and we still don't have NASDAQ National listing....How long does this take????? Could it be a year????...I was looking at your revenue projection and i made it even from last Q which means revenues would have to rise 10% sequentially from 10/96 to 1/98 to arrive at ~$185 MM.......So taking this out i estimated that primary dilution for the four Q's would be 10.3, 10.8, 11.2, and 11.5 MM shares outstanding......The revenues would be $40.3 MM, $44.3, $48.9, and $53.6 MM......I estimated post tax profit margins @ 6%, 7, 8, and 10% for the 4 Q's of Fiscal 1998.....That yields EPS numbers of $1.34 for the year ((.23, .29, .35, and .47).....This yields a Net INcome of $14.8 MM for the upcoming year.....Most companies in this industry can hit 20% after tax profit so I'm giving FIBR 4 more Q's to achieve half of this............So David, how reasonable is this????....Shoud we expect more dulution or just lower post tax margins and maybe we won;t hit 10% by 1/98 Q.......By the way, I thoroughly enjoyed reading your analysis a few months ago...... |
