JB Oxford Holdings Reports Fourth Quarter Profit

Highlights -- Fourth quarter revenues total $19.4 million, up 27% sequentially and 21% year over year -- Company returns to
profitability ahead of initial schedule -- Fourth quarter pretax income totals $2.8 million, versus pretax losses of $1.0 million in
the third quarter 1998 and $1.2 million in the fourth quarter 1997 -- Quarterly net income totals $1.7 million, or $0.12 and
$0.08 per basic and diluted share, respectively -- Advertising budget expected to double in 1999.
