Any news/info about an earnings report? I noticed that they have an S3 report dated 12/24/96 wherein a pile of insiders have registered 11 million shares for sale. I guess a couple of the top management pay themselves this way (handsomely). Also the homepage of their subsidiary pcare has listed no deals since Nov96. What's happening with this company?
