no havent read the report, but it should be the same as all his other reports.

Not outright but it depends on your point of view. He exegerates things and makes some thigns appear to matter when they dont. Like this R&D write off's. Instead of saying how past earnings will go up when future earnings go down, he will say oh they are killing their future. It seems the regular public has no idea and they get slimed over with this crap.
