Company Press Release

IDT Co-Brands Internet Portal

Online Navigation Becomes Easier Through
Relationship with MySpace Online

HACKENSACK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25,
1999--IDT Corp. (NASDAQ: IDTC - news) today announced
that
it has integrated a comprehensive personal Web service into
its web site.

Through a relationship with The Pixel Company, IDT has
co-branded a new portal called MySpace Online, a 3-D city
designed to provide Internet users with a special tool to help
simplify online navigation.

IDT's co-branded version of MySpace Online gives IDT
Internet users a fun virtual landscape of the World Wide Web.
MySpace Online offers users the opportunity to register for
their own free Internet Apartment, providing users with their
own ''home'' on the web with free e-mail, home page builder,
address book, chat access and nearly two dozen other
useful web tools.

The portal organizes more than 500 of the web's most useful
sites into an easy-to-navigate graphic metaphor of an urban
environment. Subject matter is divided into Districts
(Business, Sports, Shopping), and then is further narrowed
down by
Blocks (Investing, Real Estate, etc.). On each particular
block, users can ''reside'' in their apartments, read a
customized
online newspaper called The Daily, and play online games.
Additionally, newsstands are located on every block, enabling
access to online magazines and newspapers around the
country. Those who are lost are able to conduct simultaneous
searches using multiple search engines.

''MySpace Online will make using the Internet immensely
easier and more enjoyable, which is exactly what we like to
provide to our customers,'' said Mel Berliner, Director of
IDT's Internet dial up division.

''We are very excited to be working with IDT,'' said Tom
O'Rourke, President and CEO of The Pixel Company. ''IDT
offers their customers unparalleled services and support and
we believe that MySpace Online is the perfect addition to
their
rich suite of product offerings. Together, we enable
consumers to experience the Internet in a whole, new amazing
way.''

Users can download IDT's MySpace Online interface at
