CJ, I have 2 theories about why the company may have announced that the warehouse relocation might impact 1st quarter earnings even though they have not quantified its effect, if any.

One theory is that the company management is naive. They view an earnings report as some kind of "confessional." They have not been "public" all that long and may not realize that part of their current strategy really needs to be to "increase shareholder value." To do that they must do more than merely perform -- how they package performance is important.

My second theory is that rumors, or such, were already surfacing on this issue so they thought it would be as well to get the issue out in the open, "buried," in an otherwise favorable earnings release. You know, if you have some "bad" news, a spoonful of sugar will help the medicine go down (aka draw some attention away from the issue instead of making it the sole focus. Imagine if they'd done a press release where the only thing they discussed was the new distribution systems location problems.).

I was pleased to see that the stock managed to close above 5. If you look back over the period since it first went public, the stock has performed well. I think that management does learn from its "mistakes" and seems open to suggestion on ideas to improve company performance.
