To all IMRGA holders-

I got ahold of a long time IMRGA shareholder. He told me that a few years back the stock was trading at about $10 a share. Apparently the CEO is a professor who developed a drug called IMREG that is an enzyme that showed success in fighting immune disorders such as AIDS.

They were in Phase III trials. The FDA then complained about a technicality within their testing procedures. The company then basically spent all the money they had on lawyers trying to get through the FDA.

This shareholder said he hadn't heard anything from the company in a few years. Then a day or so ago big volume came in out of nowhere. He heard that some big players from the old days were coming in and buying all they could, but he couldn't confirm it.

Maybe someone wants to buy the company to buy the professors research. It could be valuable to a company with money to develop it.

Take Care,

RCJIII
