Of course this has many facets, such as producing low datarate clients for many different operating systems, but in some sense it is a one product company.

I suppose they have to start somewhere although I'm surprised that some basic email and scheduling requires just a major initiative.

Did you get the idea that they'll make any money at this or is that not even the point?
