Payforview.com Negotiates Internet Broadcast License for Reel Media File Library
RENO, Nevada--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 1999--Payforview.com (OTC BB:PAYV - news; ''Payforview'') is pleased to announce a signed contract with REEL MEDIA INTERNATIONAL (''Reel Media'') to provide to Payforview, the exclusive Internet broadcast rights to a 750 film library, for a term of no less than 4 years. Under the terms of the contract Reel Media will receive 35,000 restricted shares plus a 3% royalty on revenues. Reel Media, based in Dallas Texas, currently has 350 color films and 400 Classic black and white titles in it's extensive catalog. The library collection includes films starring: Elizabeth Taylor, John Travolta, Ingrid Bergman, Roger Moore, John Wayne and Lana Turner, as well as hundreds of other stars.
Payforview's VP of Licensing and Entertainment Acquisitions Warren Wayne says, ''In order for Payforview.com to maintain it's competitive edge, the company must focus on sourcing out and licensing quality motion picture and music content. The REEL MEDIA library offers to us a quality of content that will enhance the entertainment experience for all our viewers, along with a quality image they have come to expect.''

Payforview.com is an Internet based Entertainment Company which will distribute movies, music, sports and live events direct to viewers on a pay-for-view and retail basis.
