This filter company, Purity Home Products, acquisition is a home run. The filters cost $3 and then are sold to the mass merchants for $6....
Home Depot will take 1,000,000 filters, Walmart will take 1,000,000 filters. Thats $6,000,000 revs. in the first 12 months of operation, minimum. The profits from Purity will allow TLWN to build lawn trimmers all winter long and when the next season comes people are going to shit when they see how many machines they get out the door. The strategy of going after topline growth is a sound one. With the mass merchandiser names growing, and relationships strengthened with the filter products, revenues going forward will smoke. The cash flow will allow for a huge ad campaign. The snowball is in its infancy, but looking good indeed.
best returns
