Bill, I have never hidden from what happened to me. It cost my wife and I a lot of money, both in the stock and the legal expenses. Far more than any compensation it was alledged I received.

And I settled without admitting or denying guilt. However, the facts of the issue speak for themselves so everyone must judge for themselves whether the stated alledged "compensation" I alledgedly received are in fact worthy of guilt.

I owe that company nothing. Any of the alledged compensation has been repaid (actually debited from overpayments I made to the company on a 1/2 unit limited partnership. Yes, apparently this alledged promotion scheme meant that I had to pay them $30,000)

And in the time since it was halted by the SEC, it has obtained a patent, full EPA permitting, and had the fuel it produces qualified as a synthetic fuel, thus qualified for gov't tax credits.

And the company has settled with the SEC with no fines. And they are suing their former corporate attorney and law firm for $90 million due to their negligence in handling Securities related corporate matters. (that goes to arbitration in July and court in October).

But they don't have any cash and they're still on the pink sheets and that makes all the difference.

****************
And as for TAVA, any mistakes I have made or not made in the past are irrelevant to its business. We, my wife and I, invested in the company because we believe it is a strong and growing business. To try to involve me in your twisted little world is indeed slanderous.

I don't work for them, and in fact, have never spoken to anyone in the company, except once or twice suffering through the BS conversation with Scott Liolios.

So nothing you say about me is relevant to the TAVA discussion.
*********************************

So what's the difference between hyping and slandering a stock?? They're on one end and you're on the other.

I don't see much difference. I was caught up in a situation where I was accused of hyping a stock. Are you so sure that you may not find yourself accused of slandering a stock by calling it fraudulently promoted??

But you can take something away from my experience... You can and may be held accountable for what you say and do by regulating authorities and corporate officials.

Even if your actions resulted in your suffering the same or greater financial losses than your fellow investors.
******************************

So would you like to state here for the record that you believe I work for anyone related to TAVA, or its PR firm, as a paid (or unpaid) shill?? I would be careful and make sure you have the evidence to back it up or I might just be pocketed your money in my account.

I have the right to express my opinion out here just as you have. I don't work for these people, nor any other publicly traded corporation. I don't represent any of these people.

I make my mistakes and sometimes I make the correct decision. Just like the rest of us.

Regards,

Ron
