AGISS Software To Become Publicly Traded Company >ENIR

Dow Jones News Service ~ February 11, 1997 ~ 10:58 am EST
OTTAWA (Dow Jones)--AGISS Software Corp., a closely held Ottawa company that is
marketing a solution for the year 2000 computer software problem, said it intends to become a
publicly traded company through a merger with a small New Brunswick company, Enviro
Industries Inc. (ENIR).

Enviro Industries is quoted on the U.S. over-the-counter market bulletin board.

AGISS has acquired from ConSyGen Inc. (CSGI), Phoenix, Ariz., rights to market in much of
Canada a software for dealing with the Year 2000 glitch. The problem affects mostly older
computers, which store dates as two digits. To cope with the new millenium, computer
operators must identify and fix all systems and applications with date-sensitive codes. The
ConSyGen knowhow is a main component of an AGISS product.

AGISS said its merger with Enviro Industries is subject to the negotiation of definitive
agreements.
