OK, HERE IS THE UPDATE ON ITOY/VIRTUAL GAMES.... Just spoke with Gerard DiMaro, hired yesterday by new management. PR coming out today that is the official release of what came out yesterday (it was a simple misunderstanding that a fax was sent out yesterday by Gerard) New company, based in San Jose, is involved in a new technology Virtual Reality video parlor technology involving a 360 degree panorama; marketing to begin soon Chris Edwards of SFLK fame is still doing DD on the company nothing has changed there. The new company bought out ITOY so that they have th eoption of still using ITOY's ideas and technology as well No word yet on whether ITOY management got paid in restricted or unrestricted stock or what the terms were/are. No idea of anything else until New management releases info over the next few days and weeks. Like I said basically what was released yesterday should formally be released today. DAVE
