NF et al: I'm not sure what Yahoo posting you are referring to but I DO NOT expect a rights offering. As far as a private placement, management has given those of us in the analytic community guidance that it will not be as dilutive as a straight share offering (i.e. debt/quasi debt, etc). NCR/FLeming announcement is great news. Remember that they are more of a buying COOP and that they will generally resell anyone's products... I take this as a sign the ESL market is heating up... we don't need 100% of the market to have a big winner!! FWIW
