I was out in Southern California last week and drove by the CODD facility in Carlsbad. They are supposed to have 75 employees, but there was only 4 cars in the parking lot. There was also a sign on the property advertising 18,000 square feet of real estate as being available. It doesn't look good.

I know that CODD filed for protection under chapter 11 in December, 1998. They said they had open orders of over $1Million to fill at that time. Does anyone have any updates?
