By golly, you're right! I just got back from a quickie trip to PubMed, the main researcher is Lichtenberger, at University of Texas, it seems that some of the research says that phospholipids are what does it, although one seemed to say that phosphatidlylcholine (sp?) is what does it. I know lecithin has both. I used to drink tiger's milk all the time, got out of the habit because I can't find my favorite brewer's yeast anymore (Schiff Delecta, I think it was imported from Europe). But, now I will start drinking it again. Gumming down the thick, unpalatable ooze from a lecithin capsule seems like torture, I hope lecithin granules will work!
