DW -

Also something happened in mid Jan. to bring us from the Low 40's to where we are today, anyone know what?

Actually my guess is that its the other way around ie it was down then it went up then there was a secondary and almost immediately after that it went down and looks very much like it hasn't stopped and probably won't.

Maybe they will need some more money and then have another secondary and then the price will go up before its sold. I've seen similar price movements either side of a secondary before ( SNDK Nov 97).

Anyway no doubt the shorts are having a ball yet again. Actualy I didn't expect the stock to break out of thelow teens till Q3 this year but when it was low I didn't know there was to be a secondary. My guess is that the short interest has increased by a lot in the last few weeks. Even if some of us were dumb enough to have looked the gift horse in the mouth at $40 some have been smart enough to sell short and keep doing it and must have made millions.

Sadly for the moment there is IMHO absolutely nothing to keep the stock price from falling to the teens. The market only looks at revenues and earnings growth even at the best of times which it must be admitted we aren'y in yet again. I don't think the market will react to plain old announceements while its in this kind of mood.
Regards,

L
