Mike, Thanks for hard work, quality report and terrific PGM numbers. Looks like there may be as much as $3K/ton in rhodium alone! As a stockholder, I am very glad you're at the helm. I particularly applaud your care in attempting to identify sources of variance in ore type, pretreatments, leaches, collectors, etc. This is clearly a statistical Herculean task - on account of a) the sheer numbers of possible combinations and b) those pesky interactions (suppressions or enhancements of variance) by variables of groups of variables. I also applaud your commitment to specific timetables for projected work, deliveries and announcements. The hunger for this predictability has been significant of late. Please do not hesitate to ask your fellow stockholders for participation, counsel or assistance in seeking needed information. Let us support you in whatever way we can! SW
