Auction Emporium coupled with major auctions to be held both
on-line and live.

Robert L. White, CEO of millionaire.com (MLRE), announced
that the company's Grand Opening will take place simultaneously
with two major auction events April 30 at the company's new
20,000 sq. ft. Executive Office and Global Auction Emporium
located at 18 Plantation Park Drive, Hilton Head Island, S.C. The
Open House and Preview Party will be held April 29. As space
will be limited, please call 843-757-6600 for reservations.

The "MLRE" Grand Opening Auction will be held in conjunction
with Manheim Auction's Government Services. About $4 million
of jewelry, works of art and other valuables will be sold through
Manheim, representing the U.S. Marshal's Service. Catalogs can
be reserved by calling 1-800-222-9885.

Millionaire.com's auction will offer for sale a large variety of

highly desirable collectibles auctioned. "Live Bid" (LiveBid.com)
will broadcast the auction live, over the Internet, through the
millionaire.com web site. To register for phone or live bidding
on-line go to www.millionaire.com for complete registration
instructions or call the company at 1-843-757-6600.

Robert L. White, C. E. O. said, "we anticipate two very
successful auctions at our Grand Opening as we expect to see in
attendance many of our long-term customers, dealers, international
Millionaire Club members, Millionaire Magazine subscribers,
stockholders, etc."

As previously reported, millionaire.com recently completed the
acquisition of the Great Gatsbys' Auction Gallery in Atlanta. The
Great Gatsbys' annual Winter Auction held Feb. 12-14 generated
about $5 million revenue over a three-day period. This volume is
significant, showing excellent growth in 1999 revenues. The
majority of purchases came from company-owned merchandise.
Millionaire.com's Great Gatsbys' Auction Gallery has two
additional events scheduled in April and May: Gatsbys' annual
"Dogwood Festival Classic Car Auction," which will be held April
10, where hundreds of classic, antique and special interest cars
will be sold. This auction will be followed by Great Gatsbys'
annual Spring Auction May 21-23.

Millionaire.com is a multi-dimensional company marketing
products through the company's web site (www. millionaire.com),
which now includes all of Millionaire Magazine's editorials,
advertising, a chat room, e-mail access, guest book and a forum
where people of like interests can communicate, ask questions and
bid live on items sold at millionaire.com's auctions and through
Millionaire Magazine itself.
