I do not have the source, but read last night somewhere, that CALPERS targets (not candidates, but "targets"!!) outperform their industry peers in stock value by 33% over the next five years after CALPERS intervention. (Relative performance, not absolute, and probably because they have nowhere to go, but up.) CALPERS, per NYT, has already met with OUTSIDE Novell directors. Novell shareholder meeting must be coming up soon. May go up for that one.
